TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a limited-time referral promotion designed to reward meaningful introductions within our community and support the generation of new group and event business. To qualify, a referral must result in new, contracted business with a minimum value of $5,000. Eligible value includes contracted group guestrooms and banquet food and beverage only. Room rental fees, service charges, taxes, and any additional fees are excluded from the qualifying calculation.

REWARD STRUCTURE

Upon execution of a qualifying contract and receipt of the required deposit from the referred client, the referring individual will receive: One one-night gift certificate for referrals resulting in a minimum of $5,000 in qualified contracted value. OR one two-night gift certificate for referrals resulting in a minimum of $10,000 or more in qualified contracted value. All gift certificates are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and are subject to availability at the issuing property. Blackout dates may apply. Certificates are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.

TIMING AND ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is time-limited and may be modified or discontinued at any time based on business needs and availability. To qualify, the referral must be introduced, contracted, and have the required deposit received within the active promotional window.

REDEMPTION TERMS

Advance reservations are required for all certificate redemptions. Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to standard occupancy controls, including blackout dates.
